Today I had lunch at San Angel Inn in the Mexico pavilion. You know, the one with the big pyramid you see out of the corner of your eye while running to Norway for the Frozen ride! San Angel Inn is one of two table service restaurants in Mexico and it’s probably going to be your first pick because it looks awesome and smells amazing. I like to make reservations for before noon or mid-afternoon when there's less crowds and you get seated quickly. Sometimes that works out!
International Food and Wine Festival news provided by Disney Destinations:
The 21st Epcot® International Food & Wine Festival returns to Walt Disney World® Resort in just a few weeks. And, while many festival events are included with Epcot admission, this year’s “premium events” include some don’t-miss options. There’s still plenty of time to book these delicious experiences! Here’s just a peek at what’s available:
Here is the statement we received from SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment::
"You're one of the first to learn about several historic announcements that SeaWorld is making. When we opened our doors more than 50 years ago, killer whales were feared and even hunted. Now, they are among the most beloved marine mammals on the planet thanks, in part, to SeaWorld.
Today's announcements reflect changes in society and SeaWorld's evolution with those changes:
An evening at Medieval Times will be a memorable highlight to your Orlando vacation! If you drive to Orlando or rent a car while you're here, take one evening out of your busy vacationing schedule and visit this dining attraction located in Kissimmee - about 20 minutes drive from the resort areas.
The look of this resort reminds me of the All Star Resorts with the larger than life characters and bright colors at every turn. Disney did a great job of creating an environment that immerses guests into the magic of their favorite Disney and Disney Pixar movies. This is considered a value resort but it is the newest of the Disney value resorts and it has a much more upgraded feel than others in the same category.
"I have lived everything Disney for the last five years and am always on the lookout for tips and tricks and ways to do Disney better! My weakness is the food but really, if you can be doing anything at Disney, it’s a good day! I spend more time in the parks than I do at my own place. Feel free to tell me what you want to see and do and I’ll try my best to bring you there virtually!" ~ Amanda Davidowitz
Chris and his wife are teachers and Annual Passholders in the Houston, Texas area. He is the proud father of 2 children (ages 4 and 1) and is thrilled to pass on his love of all things Disney to them. He enjoys scouting for the best deals and traveling to Walt Disney World whether it's crowded or not!
